1. Meet doctors of assigned hospitals and clinics to promote services of the company.
2. Approach each and every expectant parents to educate and convince them on the concept of cord blood banking in consort with the company’s offerings & USPs.
3. Maintain good relationship with doctors, front office executives & O.T nurses of hospitals
4. Install standees & distribute flier at strategic places inside the doctors’ chambers & hospitals and ensure replenishments.
5. Counsel expecting parents.
6. Call up expecting parents & follow up to schedule appointments
7. Coordinate with the respective CREs & forward presentation calls to them if the presentation site is outside the hospital premises
8. Give presentations at hospitals and client’s place as & when necessitated
9. Coordinate with clients for enrolment and complete all related documentation
10. Collect payment instruments from clients.
11. Ensure completion of enrolment and delivery all documents including payment instruments to head office on-time

3) Able to draw clear conclusions based on research and collaboration to develop clear direction and presentations for recommendations around direction.
4) Strong understanding of the implications of design choices on usability and accessibility, development effort, and SEO.
5) Intimately understand the requirements of various form factors, including desktop, mobile, and large-scale screens.
6) Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Responsive design, JavaScript.
7) Ability to covert Photoshop Visual Design mockups to valid cross-browser semantic HTML and CSS markup.
8) Understanding of front-end performance testing, optimization techniques and best practices (accessibility, 508/WCAG compliance, performance optimization)
9) Experience with CSS pre processors, like – LESS; JavaScript Templating Framework, e.g. Handlebars; JSON Objects; SVGs.
