General Requirements:

1. More than 10 years of proven experience in the Architectural Industry and studio management.
2. Management experience of a studio with 20 team members and above (Must).
3. Must have worked and delivered as a studio manager – large and complex Architectural projects.
4. Rich experience in project management tools – build and maintain working-flow-Gantt, assigning and monitoring tasks to team leaders, and to team members. (Must)
5. English as a Mother thong (Must).
6. Expert in 3DMax and Adobe Photoshop (Must)
7. Basic knowledge in Unity 4 and above (preferred).
8. Mentoring abilities (Must).
9. Experience working with offshore clients (Must).
10. Problem solving and target orientation.
11. Ability to work according to specific rules/work plan and time constraints.
12. Artistic and aesthetical abilities.
13. Good eye for details.
14. Open mind and desire to learn new tools.
15. Willing to work over time/ beyond the defined working hours.
