-Standard Coding Practice Skills.
-Should be able to handle the team & project independently.

Job Description:
-Analyzes updates and delivers training programs to staff at all levels of the organization.
-Provides English training for existing and new hires.
-Researches, designs, write and administer English tests to ensure understanding of material trained.
-Collaborates with Managers regarding individuals performance; develops process for retraining, as needed.
-Assists management in identifying training and development needs. Conducts research and analysis to assess training needs and seek new tools to support organizational objectives and goals.
-Stays abreast of and updates training content to ensure accuracy
-Answer questions from staff and educates them in the utilization of other available resources for information, including assisting staff in interpreting policies and procedures as they relate to training issues.
-Takes responsibility for individual career development and training and seeks opportunities to learn new skills.
-Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with management.
-Keeps management well informed of training activities and of any significant problems.
-Completes required test score reports, records, and other documentation.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:-
Recruitment: Prepare and take approval for Salary Structure and Issuance of Offer letter of the selected candidates. Documents to be collected and appointment letter to be issued. Induction to be given on the joining of the employee.
Compensation· & Benefits: Monthly / Weekly MIS to be sent to Branch Head / HR Manager. Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees. Performs a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities, including computing wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, processing requests for paycheck advances.
HR Administration: Reviewing, updating and maintaining proper filing of PF Forms, HR· handbook, performance appraisal form and training schedules.
HR Management: Handling all employee enquiries· & grievances. Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions.
