Job Description:
1)To manage external and internal communication on behalf of MD.
2)Analyze present data to enable decision making by CEO.
3)Assist CEO in conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
4)Establish rapport with key people in the organization and consultants.
5)Organizing and maintaining files and records
6)Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
7)Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
8)Making travel and guest arrangements on behalf of CEO
Required Skills
1)Good Communication (English and Hindi)
2)Good Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
3)Ability to work with minimum instructions.
4)Very Good Organizing Skill
5)Multitasking Ability
