Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for selling of individual outbound holiday packages to (International destinations) such as South East Asia, Europe, USA, Africa and Australia (Domestic Destinations) Himachal, Rajasthan, Kerela, Goa, etc.

Designing itinerary and booking hotels. Handling customers for international/domestic holiday packages, follow ups with customers and clients.

Would require customization of existing holiday package or building entirely a new package as per customer needs. Ticketing and Fare Construction – Domestic, international, knowledge of GDS preferred.

Visa Documentation Support – Knowledge of processes, time lines, customer liaison, manage appointments/scheduling of interviews, etc. Travel/Tour Logistics – Last minute logistics for air-ground-accommodation for news media, manage tour activities remotely, liaison with hotel, driver, guides, etc., ability to manage 4-5 tours consecutively.

Vendor Relationship Management – Hotels, tour operators, airlines, etc. Billing Coordination – Clients, vendors and internal accounts team.

Customer Liaison – Ensure customer needs are met at the earliest, timely communication with customers. Developing customized month long itinerary though an iterative process with customers and vendors.

Last minute / Urgent travel planning and execution for internationally recognized award winning journalists to travel to/from regions for news reporting
