Customer Support Executive Job Chandigarh

We have 3 openings for customer support executive in Chandigarh. The required experience is 0 to 5 years. The candidate will be responsible to respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints via phone or email and assist with customer issue regarding products or payment. The candidate has to manage online chat with customers, follow up on customer interactions and inform customers of deals and promotions via emails. The candidate must possess bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and proven track record of successful client relationship management. Should have 1-2 years experience working directly with clients AND 1-2 years experience in business-to-business environment and experience with online advertising a plus. The candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and superb writing, speaking/listening, and presentation skills. The salary offered is 10k to 20k per month.
