We have opening in operations and marketing profile for Gurgaon location. The required experience is 0 to 3 years. The candidate will be responsible for on-boarding the customers on our Apps. The candidate has to manage the parking lot of buses so that the buses are released on schedule, the bus stops on the routes and the chaos on the bus stops due to external factors. The candidate must good in Hindi and it is good if he knows English also. The candidate has to manage the customers to the right bus and handling their concerns ensuring the buses are leaving the bus stops on time. Making sure that the bookings are done prior to boarding the bus. The salary offered is 15k pm + Incentives
We have opening for hotel reservation executive in Chandigarh. The candidate should have 2 to 3 years experience with good communications and travel agency experience is must. The candidate will be responsible to processes reservations by mail, telephone and from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents. The candidate must have knowledge of type of rooms available as well as their location and layout, the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans, the credit policy of the hotel and how to code each reservation. Creates and maintains reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing. Capable to promote goodwill by beings courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests, mangers, and fellow employees and can handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquires and makes reservations as needed. Responsible to prepare letters of confirmation and processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk and to determine room rates based on the selling tactics of the hotel. The candidate has to track future room availabilities on the basis of reservations and help to develop room revenue & occupancy forecasts. The salary ranges from 15k to 23k per month.
