We have 2 openings for City Sales Manager in Mumbai & Bangalore. The candidate should be from Top B-School with 2+ years experience in sales. Candidate must have keen interest in startup environment, energetic and target driven with qualities like innovative, initiative and process oriented, analytical with strong people management skills. The candidate should capable in achieving the monthly/quarterly/annual outlet signup targets defined for the assigned categories. Set up clear account management processes with operations team to ensure smooth on boarding of the outlets. The candidate expected to be extremely focused on metrics, analytics and track sales funnel to make sure that conversion cycle is optimized. Should be able to establish focus for the team, implement strategy and develop new markets and grow the existing market and responsible for managing a team of 8-12 sales guys. The salary ranges from 10-14 LPA.
Responsibilities: Data Scientist
Data Scientists will work close to the problem domain. Data Scientist understands the problem, analyzes
possible solutions, select most suitable solution or set of solutions along with set of features. Once a
feasibility of a solution is established, engineering team will productionize the same. Several iteration of
this process may be required to keep on improving the accuracy of the solution. Interaction within Data
Science team will enable different ideas and solution approaches for the given problem.

Key skills:
Strong mathematical modeling rigor of at least one kind (clustering, classification, stochastic
modeling, time series etc).
Will implement solutions to business problems using data analysis, data mining, optimization
tools, and machine learning techniques and statistics
Build data-science and technology based algorithmic solutions to address business needs
Analyze, define and document system requirements for data, workflow, logical processes,
interfaces with other systems, auditing, reporting requirements and production
configurationCreate scripts and packages for data integration, data maintenance or bug fixes.
Hands on with at least one statistical analysis tool
Expectations:
– 1+ years of Machine Learning, NLP, or Data Mining
– Fluency in tools such as Python, R, Matlab, SAS, SPSS, Hadoop
– Experience working with large data sets and Big Data – Hive, Oozie, Pig
– Good understanding of Algorithms and Data Structures
