Immediately required business development associate for Mohali location, the candidate should have bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years industry experience working as business development associate/ technical bidder, Salary will be 120,000 to 350,000 LPA or depend upon candidates experience and skill levels. We are looking for a candidate must have excellent computer skills particularly with bidding on online job portals like odesk, elance, freelancer, strong customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, good negotiation skills, active listener, good organizational skills and be an effective multi-tasker and must have the ability to work independently with little supervision and should be able to work well under pressure, particularly when facing a deadline.

Preference will be given to the candidate who has ability to provide ideas to attract new clients and expand sales, maintains client relationships through regular contact and customer service, contacts with potential clients and bid online to create new business opportunities, assists in the writing of proposals, Educates clients on new technologies available to them through us, keeps up with changes in client environments, understands all of the company’s service offerings and clearly communicates them to clients and prospective clients, reads publications regarding emerging markets and trends in technology, recommends short-term and long-term strategies for business expansion through new product lines or enhanced marketing techniques, assists with development of brochures and other marketing literature, establishes and maintains knowledge of products and service offerings, analyzes corporate data to identify trends, qualifies new prospects and coordinates with other associates to increase sales.
Job opening of project administrator/ coordinator for Mohali, The candidate should have 1 to 3 years experience in this field, Salary will be 15k to 30k pm. Preference will be given to the candidate who has very good communication skills, great at speaking / reading / reviewing English, call center / any management experience will be a plus.
