Immediate required solution advisers (equivalent to Senior Executives- Assistant Managers) for Gurgaon, Candidate should be graduate/MBA and have 3 -4 years experience. Preference will be given to the candidates who have experience in similar industry (Home Automation). The candidate should have ability to achieve defined Sales AOP (Annual Operating Plan)in his territory, channel management impart knowledge to channel sales staff, co-ordinate with architects to let them visit the experience centre of company, define, represent and communicate the product to enhance the brand in the KRA’s for each team member based on SMART principles, achieve given targets at individual and team level, interface with other functions like commercial, operations etc. for seamless order, participate in executive management meetings and provide regular sales updates for assign KRA’s and KPI’s to each team members, promote open culture and constructive feedback system, maintain harmony & transparency within team members, execute customer engagement programs (get together, road shows, special meets, prepare a personal development plan for each team member, formulate and create a challenging work environment, existing architects, calculating ROI, market execution, sales status and achievements, issues, risks and mitigations out call, e-mailers etc.) in collaboration with concerned stakeholders.
Compensation offered 4.80 – 6 LPA CTC. No of openings are two (2).
