We have an urgent requirement of team lead or project manager (Law) in Chandigarh, The candidate should have have qualification LLB/LLM with 5+ years working experience. Salary will be 5 to 8 lakhs PA. We are looking for a candidate expected to work on as well as manage contract management projects such as metadata extraction/abstraction from the contracts, contracts drafting, review, and evaluation, creation and management of clause libraries, creation and management of contract templates, contract negotiations, provide redlined recommendations on all standard and nonstandard contracts, negotiate directly with customer attorneys or purchasing staff until consensus has been reached. Candidate should have good command on both verbal & written communication and responsible for ensuring quality of work & team management. Shift timings 10:00am – 7:00pm.
Skills and Experience
5+ years of project management experience of working in the LPO set-up.
Excellent writing skills including proposal and contract drafting.
Articulate and clear in communication.
Conscious of quality and accuracy, high attention to detail.
Able to understand and create solutions for complex business issues.
Urgent requirement of admin & HR executive/ Sr. executive for Gurgaon, The candidate must have minimum 1-3 years experience in this field and qualification should be graduate/post graduate. We are looking for a candidate should have hands on experience in handling both administration & HR related work, coordinating and assisting administration & HR work, assisting the HR & accounts department in vendor management, guest relation at front office and maintain visitor records, maintain inward/outward register for materials, utility bills, vendor management on day-to-day basis for hotel, air/rail tickets & car bookings , stock & asset management, facilities management, knowledge on onboarding & exit formalities, attendance and leave management and must have a pleasant personality with good command over English, Should have multi tasking ability with computer savvy- experience on MS office (excel, word, powerpoint).
