Job opening for HR admin cum admin executive in Punchkula. The candidate should understand manpower requisition from the concerned department. The candidate must experienced in managing Human resource department tasks like Filling up the leave forms and keeping a tack of the leaves taken, Preparing Offer letter, Letter of intent, Appointment letter & Experience letter and Keeping a track of the attendance of the employees. Must have sound knowledge to operate various job portals and know how to draft a job description and getting it approved from the concerned person. The candidate have the responsibility of arranging technical interviews and Communicating the employment status to the candidates. The candidate also concerned about Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipments, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc., looking day to day office activities, managing travel arrangements and keep the administrative facilities up to date. Preference will be given to female candidate.
We are looking for 5-6 years experienced senior programmer who have knowledge of oracle database and telecom domain (SS7, CAMEL etc) . The candidate must be proficient in JAVA & IVR application development. The serving area will be Punchkula. The candidate should be capable in conducting complete analysis of system and business requirements for all IVR applications and resolving the technical issues by understanding the root cause. Candidate must assist in designing and preparation of call flows with usability services. With their professional skills he can suggest effective process for the improvement of operations. He should be able to Coordinate with user focus groups for tuning, testing, refactoring and optimization of call flows. Must have experience in maintain comprehensive technical documentation such as programming specifications, functional and technical designs.
