We have requirement of Site Engineer for manufacturing company in Mohali location, Minimum 1 year exp. required for this desired job, Salary will be 1.5 to 2.5 lacs/year and no. of openings are two (2).
Job Description- Planning of sites, human resource management as per requirement of sites, ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications, day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors, planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines, overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site, preparing reports on daily basis and submitting the same to the senior, resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. We have an opening for production head in Mohali location, Candidate must have minimum 2 year experience and above, looking after the production process and drawing up a production schedule, making sure that job are produced on time and meet the quality standards, estimating the human and material requirement for different jobs, drafting a timescale for the jobs, monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed, maintenance of equipments and machines time to time, monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programmers, keeping a check on safety and welfare of the production team, reviewing work performances of the production team, co-ordination with the management for priorities of jobs, rescheduling the jobs as per priorities, managing shifts, prepare production reports on daily basis and submitting a weekly production report to the management and maintaining cleanliness standards of the plant and the machineries. Job profile is related to our back end team which co-ordinates with different aspects of business like export documentation, freight booking, dealing with CHA’s, shipping lines, embassy legalization, responding to clients regarding their respective shipments and document status.
Educational qualification must be commerce graduate/MBA, excellent communication skills and good command over English, sound knowledge of computer basics, Microsoft office, writing skill, confident and good concentration power. Salary will be 15000-20000 / per month for business coordinator or above for experienced candidate, For Fresher’s bet. 10000-15000/ per month.
