Location:- Gurgaon

Project involves developing writing test cases for WCDMA – UE protocol testing like – MAC (Mac D, Mac-Ehs and MAC-hs, MAC-e/es, MAC-i/is, RLC Mode operations like UM/AM etc. and knowledge of related RLC parameters. Handover, IFHO, Serving Cell Change. Layer 1 and layer 2 Configurations as per the upper layer messages.

Mandatory Skills Required:

-Knowledge of 3GPP – R99 to R7/8 specs

-Strong background in WCDMA – UE protocols (RRC/RLC/MAC and L1/L0)

-Strong knowledge in UE – RRC and RLC/MAC procedures such as HARQ/Power Control/Scheduling.

-In depth knowledge of Logical Channels/Transport Channels to Physical layer channel mappings, well versed with R99 channel concepts, like TFC, TF, Rate matching. Spreading factor etc.

-Hands on experience on Perl or Python scripting language.

-Hands on experience on Signal generators and analyzers

-Handled large scale projects as lead.

-Exposure to project/product QA life cycles (release/build management, defect management, configuration control).

-Has technically ted team of testers to deliver test plans, test strategies, managed complete test execution.

Desired Skills Required (Preferred but not mandatory):

-Exposure to WCDMA chipset testing.

-Knowledge of tools like PXI, Racel, CMU 200
