Designation:- Telecaller
Experience:- 6 months – 2 yrs
Salary :- 10k -18k PM
Location:- Ghatkopar
Job description

1) Brand promotions
2) Explain the customers – product offers / benefits
3) Promoting the products
4) Customer follow-up
5) Feedback – mails/phones (communication channel)
6) Maintain register for the same.
7) Prepare a list of calls made by the staff department wise and send the
same to HOD.
8) Generating new leads through Telecallings
9) Identifying client’s requirements and offering the best suited project to
clients through telecalling.
10) Arranging site visits & Take the appointments with Clients through
Telecalling.
