Post – Customer Relationship Manager
Experience – Minimum 2 – 3 Years in Real Estate
Education – UG / Any Graduate / Any Specialization
Location – Ghatkopar
Salary Package – 1.8 lac to 3 lac
Key skills –
o Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Marathi language;
o Active Learning;
o Good Administrative Skills;
o Accuracy and attention;
o Sales-Tele calling;
o Good Computer Knowledge.
Job Duties –
o Coordinating with the customers post sales.
o Coordinating with Sales Team by managing schedules, filing the documents and communicating relevant information.
o Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
o Responding to each and every issue or complaints from customers and make ensure complete satisfaction.
o Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
o Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
o Prepare a list of calls made by the staff department wise and send the same to HOD.
o Feedback to customers through mails/phones as per requirement. (Communication Channel).
o Tele-marketing.
