1 Responsible for end to end Billing process
2 Attending phone calls from customers/clients
3 Taking orders from customers over phone
4 Making outbound calls to hospitals for fresh orders
5 Preparing invoices / Bills
6 Placing fresh order for medicine purchase
7 Attending to Walk-in Patients / customers
8 Maintaining Purchase orders and filing
9 Maintaining files of purchase copies
10 Providing stock and sales report to company personnel
11 Few claim related job like filing and old purchase copies printouts
12 Adhering to Billing and Purchase SOPS/protocols laid down by VHSPL
13 Co-ordination with Billing Supervisor/BMs
14 Highlighting Billing related issues on timely basis to concerned authorities

Qualification: graduate
