1. Minimum Graduate and MBA would be given preference
2. Has to be exposed to postpaid sales and training.
3. Should be very good in English and local language.
4. Should be open to travel in TN.
5. Experience in field training would be given very high preference.
6. Should understand the nuances of refresher training and on-the-job training.
7. Should be very good in excel and powerpoint.
