Key Performance Indicators:
Understand all service lines of the company and maximize cross-sell.
Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Effective relationship management to increase customer retention rate.
Analyze high yield lanes and focus on maximizing sales mix revenue yield.
Understand market dynamics and keep the leadership advised of all market
developments proactively.
Always manage drivers proactively and cordially.
Ensure all documents are received in a timely and efficient manner to process for load
clearance.
Engage the customer with utmost customer service and updated communication.
Escalate any service failures and/or claims to Dispatch Service Supervisor.
Provide driver and customer support where required.
Be aware of all procedures and remain proactive.
Perform administrative and clerical duties of operations department along with
customer relationship management.
Role and Responsibilities
Closes new accounts by answering the telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries and verifying
and entering information.
Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfilment, communicating expected delivery date,
and explaining stock-outs.
Acknowledges customers, clients, drivers and team members by responding instant
queries, emails, texts, and phone calls and deals with problems as they arise.
Assist cutomers, clients and operations team to resolve complaints and provide the best
solutions.
Researching on vertical and geo locations to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Provide monthly reporting, projections and targets to the Director of Sales and
operations head.
Develop proposals in accordance with clients’ needs and expectations.
Take ownership & Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual performance targets.
Negotiating contracts and packages.
Maintain all the necessary records for drivers and customs clearance and ensure all
documents are in order with complete information.
Ensure that location of dispatched trucks and trailers is always known.
Monitor loads in PCS and ensure that the loads are being updated by the driver.
Escalate necessary repairs and driver’s needs including issuing T-Cheks for any lumpers,
etc. to the Dispatch Service Supervisor.
Notify operations team and customers about the relevant process/service details.
Skills and Requirements
Solid negotiation and interpersonal skills
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Must possess a strong work ethic
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Self-Motivated, ambitious and results-driven
High proficiency in MS Office Excel
Availability to work flexible shifts
Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration
