Vacancy of Manager (Service Support) for Panchkula for IT Company
Experience – 2-5 years
Gender pref – male or female
1) Provide product demonstration support and product trainings to partners
on Education Technology and Display Products.
2) Design solutions according to site requirements, budget and application for
Education / Government organizations / Institutions including layout
designs , cable layouts etc .
3) Generate enquiries and develop market relations to serve prospective
customers with service packs, AMC’s and sales of spare parts.
4) Follow up with service providers to provide after sales support, trouble
shooting and online service support .
5) Provide support in sales allied activities like sales meet , marketing and
other activities.
6) Responsible for activities of periodic maintenance of all the customers in
the region.
7) Manage third party service support and ability to think strategically and to
lead.
8) Ability to be a part of team for 360 degree service support for entire gamut
of AVSI , Education Technology , Display & Digital Signage , Security &
Surveillance.
Skills required-
1. Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
2. Good presentation Skills
3. Having his own convince
4. CTC 3L -6 LPA
