● Experience in real estate sales, business development & techno commercial operations.
● Excellence in Interfacing with key influencers for assessing requirements, making
presentations and delivering and negotiating with clients and optimizing revenues.
● An excellent performer with consultative sales style, negotiation skills, exceptional
solving abilities and keen client assessment aptitude.
● Deft at tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering technical guidance

This position achieves these goals by developing and implementing the company’s business development
strategy and tactics.
