9) Job responsibilities:
The Sales Manager will lead the team to meet or exceed the revenue targets through
the geographic markets assigned. The sales leader is responsible for the performance of
– The sales manager will be responsible to ensure sales team achieve their targets,and
training new team members
– Achieve their objectives through effective planning, setting sales targets, analyzing
data on past performance, and projecting future revenue.
– Generate new lead sources and expand the target customer base
– Develop strategies for new customer acquisition, conceptualize and implement the
campaigns in collaboration with the relevant teams
-Personally handle high priority customers. Schedule appointments / meetings and
demonstrating or presenting products to these customers
– Gather customer insights,and update themselves about the different products that are
being launched in the market.
