Duties and Responsibility

 Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about multiple
projects and service using scripts
 Good Knowledge about the Locations in Bangalore is preferable
 Answer questions about Projects or the company

 Ask questions to understand customer requirements and pass on the same
to Relationship Managers to close sales
 Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
 Enter and update customer information in the database
 Take and Process requirements and pass on the same in an accurate
manner
 Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
 Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
 Tuesday will be week off
 Shift Timing 9:30-6:30 PM
 Huge incentive will be there
