Vacancy for the AGM-Procurement profile for a Co-Working Space Provider company for Bangalore location

Designation –  AGM-Procurement
Experience –  10-12 Years
Salary –  6 to 7 LPA

Location – Bangalore
Qualification – Master’s degree in Law.

JD:

 Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of products to confirm quality and conformance to
specifications and deliverables.
 Maintaining relationships with clients.
 Develop strong relationships with inter-departments.
 Thoroughly checking and comparing the proposals and specifications.
 Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in
accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
 Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of
complaints
 Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to
management and product development
 Provide training and support to the team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core
processes.

Skills and qualifications

 Professional certification such as Procurement Certification Program (CIPP) & Cost Management.
 Superb computer competence, including database management.
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
 Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management
practices.
 Strong verbal & written communication skills.
 Negotiating with vendor contracts, so they must understand price points and be able to negotiate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

 A proven record of accomplishment in the Procurement department with a minimum of 10 years of
experience in a Management level position especially in Real estate.
 Have a strong background in interior fit-out, Interior Design with Design Project Management, and Business
Development exposure.
 Possess strong leadership qualities and a proactive nature in communication and interaction.
 Strong Project Management skills.
 Ability to communicate in more than one language
