Making follow-up calls and fixing appointments
Handling the customer queries. Responsible for giving the right information about the real estate properties to all the prospective clients
To maintain record of enquiries & leads received from various
sources
To call new customers and giving them the details of the project and follow up them till site visit
Making outbound call to prospective clients, explain product and services for
generating appointments for business development team
Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationship with client
follow ups
Generate leads/prospects over the phone
Send mailers, maintain complete database & reports
Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be goal oriented
Candidate should have good Communications & convincing skills
Excellent conversational and customer service
