* 7 – 9 years experience in eliciting requirements during real-time collaborative sessions with stakeholders.
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of management.
* Experience in facilitating the documentation of use cases, wireframes, flow charts, etc. in the development process of Web & Mobile Applications using S/w Tools.
* Ability to present/demo/explain project-specific information to diverse types of audiences.
* Strong ability to define and document business and functional requirements, business process maps (“As-Is/To be”) flows, and diagrams.
* Ability to research, classify, and prioritize business, user, and functional requirements.
* Solid skills in effectively managing multiple small to large projects in a cross-functional environment.
* Capacity to work closely with the development team and speak “their language”.
* Adaptable to a startup business environment with fast-changing requirements and priorities.
* Creativity and attention to detail.
* Good communication & customer service skills.
* Positive & productive team player.
* Desire to learn new skills and improve.
* Should have worked on large websites and mobile applications.
* Should work independently with no supervision.
