What is required to do the job:
• Experience 1-3 years
• Good hands-on technical front
• Should be familiar with POS/ Billing Software’s
• Having Sales Background is Must
What you’ll be doing
• Acquiring and engaging the right set of Salon & Spa.
• Convince them for Using Uengage Salon & Spa Management.
• Contact and secure new business through Calling or Physical Meetings
• Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products
Expected Background:
• Worked with Salon Related Brands in Sales like Loreal, Wella
• Have worked with Brands related to Salon Software like zenoti, salonist, easysalon,
salooncloud
• Should be able to work Independently as well as create his own team
KPI for Arc
• Month on Month Growth in Revenue
• Client Retention
• Revenue Per Client
