> Keep track and monitor for all crews onboard
> Candidate to be in touch with Manning managers for smooth coordination of crew sign on

> Candidate should be well versed with Article of agreement preparation
> To draft crew agreements as per company policy
> Candidate must be known to crew statutory deductions from monthly wages i.e SPFO, SWFS,
TDS, Gratuity, Levy fee
> Candidate should be well versed with online payments for above statutory deductions
> To keep records of receipts of all statutory deductions been paid. If paid by us or to obtain from
manning managers
> Crew attendance and monthly victualing and wages sheet calculations to check for timely
payments
> Monthly wages and victualing calculations to check and to take management approval and
submit to accounts team for processing payments
> To coordinate with agents for crew sign on and off port formalities
> To arrange for Hotel and travelling for crew sign on and sign off
> Keep records of crew expense related to travelling, Medical etc. and same to be adjusted from
monthly wages as per agreed terms and conditions with crew
> To negotiate with crew for salary as per company policy and to finalize and prepare
agreements accordingly
> Candidate should be well versed with crew documentation i.e. competent certificates and
license of crew
> To coordinate with onboard crew in case of any incidents/matter and to resolve
> P & I / Hull & Machinery / War insurance payments to keep track and to submit for payment
as per due dates
> Filing of crew Articles of agreements and employment agreements
> Filing of crew monthly wages receipts and victuals paid
> Filing of receipts of crew statutory deductions
