Qualification: M.B. A with Material Management ( preferred)

Compensation: 6-7 Lac /annum

SAP Knowledge: Preferable

Experience : 7-10 Years on the Job

Desirable: Knowledge of SAP/ERP

Job Responsibilities:

Heading the material management department For PU plants.

Ensuring availability of Raw Material as per Norms and time defined by the system
Keeping the inventory at a logical level

New Alternate Development of vendor at min cost.

Liquidation of Non-Moving Inventory monitoring at group level

Price Negotiation

ABC Analysis

Review the Norms & MOQ

All Leather Sourcing for Gharaunda/Roorkee Units.

Coordination of all Imported Raw materials Purchase for Gharaunda & Roorkee Plants

Star Indicator materials Check and liquidation of slow & non moving material.

Follow-up for A Article materials with priority

Monitoring of Auto Purchase Orders System

Correction of all errors related to BOM and costing

Monitor all SAP report and analyze

Follow-up with Vendor and arranging materials

Working on Red Materials to consuming the same

Making MIS Reports & ISO Documentation
