Designation: In Charge Strobel & Lasting department ( Shift Duty)
Qualification: Diploma In Footwear or higher
Compensation: 2.5 -3.5 Lac /annum
SAP Knowledge: Preferable
Experience: 2-3 Years
Gender: Male

Job Responsibilities:
Shall be overall I/C for Strobel & Lasting Department
Knowledge in Strobel, Toe, Counter Moulding and Upper lasting .
Able to educate worker & train them on job.
Able to control rejection at every stage.
Able to study Technical Sheet, BOM & to execute the plan
Motivate the worker for team building.
Measure productivity & ensure achievement of Targets.
Review the Production norms.
Time & Motion analysis to access best method & optimum target.
Coordination of Upper & Injection department.
Has to work on Shifts.
Coordination between Junior & senior staff.
