Job Responsibilities – Responsible for the overall P&L & Cashflow for all the project sites.Prepare the overall Sales Plan for all the project sites.
Drive the team to achieve the target sales on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Review the DSR or MIS and take the required action.
Coordinate with the marketing and PR for ad campaigns.
Resolve all the sales or people issues escalated.
Hire, train, motivate and coach the team.
