JD:
Greet and welcome guests.
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Address product complaints and provide required service.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
Keep updated records and files.
Providing support to the sales team by preparing quotations and presentations.
Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer; keeping record of details of customer
complaints, inquiries, and comments.
Job requirement
Graduate in any discipline.
Basic concepts of Excel and PPT must.
Good communication skills oral and written. (English & Hindi).
Well groomed and presentable personality.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service orientation
Minimum 3 year experience.
