Designation: Area sales manager

Salary- 18000 to 35000 per month.(SALARY PLUS ID)

Qualification: Graduate

Experience- Minimum 2 year(From any AYURVEDIC OR HERBAL PRODUCTS /FMCG/OTC product range company)

Location- Delhi

Job responsibilities:

1. Maintaining and increasing sales of your company’s products.

2. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

3. Allocating areas to sales representatives/MR.

4. Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.

5. Provide trainings, educational workshops to sales team.

6. Conduct business plan review meetings with sales team.

7. Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.

8. Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals.
