Experience: Should have worked on Desktop / Software support with atleast 6 months of experience.

Skills: Should be proficient in Microsoft Windows operation, should be willing to learn software systems.

This is NOT a voice process. Support to be given for our own Software to our Clients via email, whatsapp etc.
