Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct routine maintenance and repairs of coffee industry equipment.
 Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
 Install and commission coffee machines and related equipment.
 Perform preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
 Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide
excellent customer service.
 Keep detailed records of service visits and equipment maintenance.
 Train junior service engineers as required.
 Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices.
