Knowledge in :

International accounting & international taxation
International banking, including thorough knowledge about Letters of Credit as per UCP600
IFRS (International Financing Reporting System)
Knowledge in Technical Finance including Security Analysis
 

Job Responsibilities :

He would be responsible for all ROC-related jobs as a Company Secretary does, like filing of all returns, statutory compliances as per Co’s Act, IT Act, FEMA guidelines, GST Act etc., Strategic Financial Analysis & presentation to the Board of Directors. He should also keep the Management updated about any changes in global accounting practices & international statutory norms.


Required qualification will be an MBA (Finance), having worked in the forex department of an MNC or with an Import-Export House for 10-12 years.

Preferred age would be about 40-45 years. CTC will be offered as per the industry standards.
