Position: Sales Application Engineer
Reporting to: Business Development Head

Experience of 1-2 years

Hours per week: 48-51 hrs – Weekend on all Sunday’s (9.30 am to 6 pm)
Job summary: To work as a Application Engineer & provide excellent customer service as the front line contact with
our customers.

Job responsibilities include:
 Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
 New Lead Generation & Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
 Entire Project handling & maintain regular follow-up with the customer.
 Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
 Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
 Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
 Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Job brief
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Application Engineer to help us build up our business
activities in west & North India.
Sales Engineer responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and
maintaining customer satisfaction. Should have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to
potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone .
Requirements
 Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or relevant role.
 Required Minimum Experience of 1-2 years.
 Region to handle: West & North India
 Proficiency in English Speaking & writing, as well as speak Hindi & English.
 Excellent knowledge of MS Office
 Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
 Fast learner and passion for sales
 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
 Education: Diploma in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
 Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
 Based from Pune
 Ready to travel outstate 15 days in a month .
