Responsibilities –

− Attending inbound calls, providing company information and the details of services we

− offer

− Online chat support

− Scheduling of appointments and customer follow up

− Allocation of inbound inquiries to service advisors

− Taking feedback from the customers after the services are provided

− Follow up for the payment

Requirements –

− Candidate should possess good communication skills.

− Perfect command over English language is mandatory.

− Candidate should have desire to grow and work for the same.

− Candidate with previous experience in automobile service centre will be given

− preference.

− Fresher is allowed, provided the candidate must have desire to learn and grow.
