1) DESIGNATION: Sales Manager – Animal Feed Ingredients-Nutraceuticals
2) LOCATION: New Delhi
3) JOB DESCRIPTION: Minimum 15+ year experience of sales and exports of Feed
Ingredients/Nutraceuticals to manufacturers of Poultry Feed, Cattle Feed, Aquaculture Feed,
working in a Nutraceutical/Pharma company. Must also have experience of product management
(i.e. market awareness on trends; take market feedback on new formulations in domestic &
international market and benchmark potential products for introduction in India with product
differentiation; study international brands not found in Indian market; making BOM for new
products; doing products costing and pricing; coordinating with operations and vendors; designing
label, packaging, literature and promotional tools for products; understanding of packaging
standards; positioning and launching products as also repositioning existing products. Must be
capable of acquiring new Key Customers (i.e. manufacturers of Poultry Feed, Cattle Feed,
Aquaculture Feed). Creating and managing sales team, distribution/dealer network, conducting
market surveys, monitoring competitor activities and working in field to supervise sales staff and key
customers; formulating and implementing promotional activities, sales schemes/trade offers;
prospecting vendors for materials and contract manufacturers etc.
4) PREFERENCE: candidate having experience of sales and exports of Feed Ingredients/Nutraceuticals
to manufacturers of Poultry Feed, Cattle Feed, Aquaculture Feed, working in a
Nutraceutical/Pharma company, field experience in two zones of India. Must have experience of
managing P&L, knowledge of Drug Control Act, FSSAI, GMP, ISO etc.; savvy using Excel and
PowerPoint, fluent in written and spoken English, aged under 50 years.
5) REMUNERATION: CTC as per industry plus incentives. Will consider higher for deserving candidates.
6) EDUCATION: Science Graduate/BVSc, with MBA.
7) AGE: Not exceeding 55 years
