Position : Deputy Manager (Application Engineering -Marketing)
Qualification: BE/BTech
Experience: 8.5 plus yrs

Any Specific Industry: Tier 1 and Tier 2 (Automotive firm)
Preferred Age: upto 34 yrs.

Skills & Competencies:
Technical:

1. Technical Competency in product applications
2. Experience in handling multiple customers.
3. Market/ Segment Mapping
Generic: Commercial – Good communication skills.

Areas of Expertise:
1. Technically support to sales team with NPD
2. Focus growth areas identification
3. New business Development Technical discussions with Customer
4. Understand the application of the component and suggest suitable assembly procedure
5. Assembly trials for product approvals
6. Study of assembly procedures across all segments
7. Study of changes in emission control units as per Euro VI norms
8. Collation and presentation of Product designs across various applications and customers
9. To attend quality complaints at customer end & at fields
10. Coordination with Development Team at Plant for timely product development.
11. Trial and Fitment of New development parts.
12. Warranty issue handling.
13. Collation of assembly procedures across various applications.
14. Support design team for failure part analysis.

CTC – MAXIMUM 11 Lac with an exp. Close to 10 yrs.
