Key Responsibilities
− Coordination with the marketing & sales team to record all the inbound inquiries.
− Database management and regular campaign to generate prospects. §
− Coordinate with sales & CRM team for lead source confirmation
− Coordinate with Digital Marketing team for regular campaign monitoring
− Keep a record of all the listings on the portals and its performances §
− Milestone/periodic Billing to the customer as per the construction
− Regular follow ups with sales team on client’s status and reviving disqualified leads
Key Skills:-
− Relevant experience of 5-7 years in residential real estate is must §
− Proven track record with a reputed developer, brokerage house is desirable
− Ability to plan and work with limited supervision
− Knowledge of MIS, CRM and proficiency in the use of MS Office
− Excellent written & oral communication skills §
− Strong analytical skills and understanding on budget management §
− People management skills, organizational skills & attention to detail §
− Ability to communicate clearly, logically & concisely §
− Teamwork – Works effectively within a variety of situations, individuals and groups
