Job Description:-

1. To Supervise Core HR Activities of 250 Plus of Staff Strength

2. Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Joining Formalities, Staff Induction, Employee Attrition, Control & Monitor, Exit Formalities.

3. Preparing Monthly Employee Dashboards & MIS, Privileging & Credentialing of Staff

4. Employee Grievance & Benefits, Training & Development, Staff Motivation & Recognition, Build & Lead Teams to Eventually Play a Critical Role in Organization’s Development

5. To Handle Statutory & Regulatory Requirements i.e. PF, EPF, Shop & Establishment Act Bonus, Gratuity, Handling Legal Issues

6. Time Management, Leave management, Pay Roll, HR Manuals, Format & Documentation

7. HR Audit & Compliance, Monthly Planning & Execution of Employee Engagement Activities.

8. Systematic Goal Setting for Review Process of All Relevant Employees, Periodic Appraisals
