Designation: Vice President Sales

Experience: 10 to 20 Years

Salary: 15 Lakhs to 20 Lakhs PA

Location: Mohali

Qualification : Full time MBA preferred must have at least a Master’s degree in any discipline

APICS or other sales certifications preferred

Job Description:

The VP-Sales will be responsible for sales efficiency & effectiveness in meeting the demand of a rapidly growing distribution business in the state of Punjab. Leading a large dispersed organization, the incumbent will be representing the Sales in the leadership team of the group’s distribution business and will also be interfacing with Procter & Gamble counterparts on Sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage & evaluate the personnel, operations & budget.

Develop & implement new systems, best practices to drive Business growth.

Communicate values, business goals & represent the organization to internal & external stakeholders.

Maintain & Develop positive sales relationship with key customers.

Lead & Manage Customer Service, Inventory Control, Planning,

Lead the hiring, training, supervision, mentoring & performance evaluation of Sales.

Establish key performance indicators, monitor on-going performance & improve performance against set goals.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to manage multiple, complex projects & changing priorities; make sound decisions under pressure & work effectively in a team environment

Ability to rapidly learn new systems & procedures

Excellent time management, organization & interpersonal skills.
