Experience-  6 Months to 2 year Minimum/3 Years to 5 Years.
Salary –  10K to 15K/ 15K to 20K per month and performance based Incentives.

Requirements –

1. Relevant Experience in Counselling profile. Preferred experience in Educational Sector.

2. Self Motivated and Self-driven to work.

3. Proficiency in MS Office Applications.

4. Strong communication, Presentation and persuasion skills with positive attitude.

5. Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups.

6. Good Written and verbal communication skills(Fluency in English & Hindi is must).

7. Graduation/Post Graduation Degree with Relevant experience of 2-5 years, MBA would be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Connecting and Counseling working professionals for career Development Programs.
• Cold Calling the leads and Database and converting to sales.
• Promoting management programs as per the profile of the candidates.
• Maintaining connections with the candidates through meetings, calls and Mailers.
• Marinating Database and records of the candidates. 
• Achieving the assigned Targets on monthly basis.
• Following Pre and Post sales procedures.
• Actively contribute as a team player to encourage sales.
