KEY TASK, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

REPORTING TO: BD Manager/ Director/ (or as directed by Management)
 Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
 Obtaining and updating lists of clients’ contact details.
 Calling active and budding clients to get appointments for BD team
 Addressing clients’ requirements.
 Noting important details of each conversation.
 Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our Sales team for closing.
 Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
 Conduct each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others’ dispositions.

 Valid Degree
 Prior experience as a Tele caller or similar.
 Fluency in English
 Excellent customer service skills
 Self-Starter & Problem Solver
 Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
