Read More »Experience : 10+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management in relevant sectors (FMCG preferred)
At least 3 years of experience in managing a large & dispersed organization
Qualification
Full time MBA preferred, must have at least a Master’s degree in any discipline
APICS or other supply chain certifications preferred
Location : Mohali
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage & evaluate the personnel, operations & budget.
Ø Develop & implement new systems, best practices to drive Business growth.
Ø Communicate values, business goals & represent the organization to internal & external stakeholders.
Ø Maintain & Develop positive supply chain relationship with key customers.
Ø Lead & Manage Customer Service, Inventory Control, Planning, Warehousing & Transportation.
Ø Lead the hiring, training, supervision, mentoring & performance evaluation of supply chain personnel.
Ø Establish key performance indicators, monitor on-going performance & improve performance against set goals.
Ø Identify & Manage Supply Chain Risks.
