Designation – Sr. Customer Support Engineer
Qualification: BE in Instrumentation, Electrical or Electronics discipline Min 3years
Experience in providing Field support to customers
Experience- 2-3 years
Salary: 15k-18k PM
Job responsibility Troubleshooting, Installation, Maintenance and Repair of Industrial automation systems
Maintaining communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
Draft and submit Service reports
Suggest technical feedback and improvements based on field observations on Weekly Basis
Adhere to company Rules & Regulations strictly
Carry out the Job as per Team Leader Instructions to meet Customer Satisfaction.
Job profile demands extensive travelling & working on late hours and Sundays.
Assist Team Leader to create the Process & Documentation for Service Operation.
Extend Training to Junior engineers as per guideline.
Identify and participate in Sales opportunities for new AMC and renewal
Attention to detail
Active listening and troubleshooting skills
Outstanding communication skills with team and clients
Letter /Email Writing Skill
Knowledge of computer Hardware & software (Like Word, Excel, PPT, Operating System
An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
Ability to work in overtime and weekends
