Job Responsibility
We are looking for a candidate Sales Manager profile with 3-8 years of experience in the real estate industry only.
Who fits in our organization and who can handle the team of 8 to 10 members.
Will handle the walk-ins & generate new leads.
Good in overall dealing with clients, channel partners & others. Ready to work on targets. Can give minimum closing 4 to 6 flats per month.
Can play a good team leader skill.
Achieving sales targets given, maximizing site visits & conversion. Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience of 3- 8 years in the relevant Real Estate industry only.
Proficiency in Hindi, English and Punjabi.
Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Self motivated and a self driven person.
Ready to work on targets.
Must have your own 2/4 wheeler.
Must have your own laptop.
