Job Responsibility  

 We are looking for a candidate Sales Manager profile with 3-8 years of experience in the real estate industry only.

  Who fits in our organization and who can handle the team of 8 to 10 members.

  Will handle the walk-ins & generate new leads. 

 Good in overall dealing with clients, channel partners & others.  Ready to work on targets.   Can give minimum closing 4 to 6 flats per month.  

 Can play a good team leader skill. 

 Achieving sales targets given, maximizing site visits & conversion. Requirements 

 Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred. 

 Proven experience of 3- 8 years in the relevant Real Estate industry only. 

 Proficiency in Hindi, English and Punjabi.

 Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Fast learner and passion for sales.

 Self motivated and a self driven person.

  Ready to work on targets.

 Must have your own 2/4 wheeler.

 Must have your own laptop.
