Job Description:-
a)Preferred Age: 30 to 45 yrs.
b)Educational Qualification: BE/BTECH in Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical Rubber
c)Experience (Nature and number of years):- More than 10 yrs.( 12 to 15 yrs. for diploma holders and 10 yrs.’ for BE/BTECH)
d)Any Specific Industry: Automotive/ Rubber Automotive Firm.
e)Skills & Competencies:
I.Technical:
1.Shop Floor Quality management-NECESS/RECO.
2.Knowledge of rubber testing equipment’s.
3.Knowledge of Standard QA Measuring Equipment’s – NECES (CMM, PP, MICR etc.)
4.Managing Customer complaints.
5.Direct customer interface.
6.Knowledge/Experience on QA systems- TS, EHS, SIX SIGMA.
7.Experience on quality tools.
II.Generic: Commercial – Good communication skills.
f)Areas of expertise required: Shoop Floor quality management and knowledge of QA Systems and QA Tools.
