Post:Personal Secretary to CFO
Qualification : Graduation/ post Graduation
Experience : 3 to 5 Years
Salary : upto 20k PM
Location : Patiala
Roles and Responsibilities-
1.Coordinating CFO telephone. Receiving messages and channeling information. Organizing and setting up conference calls.
2.Ensuring good correspondence: Typing, Preparing correspondence, presentations and reports, Translating, Faxing.
3.E-mail management for CFO: Review and answer mail, e-mails & inquiries on own initiative and with instructions.
4.Preparing weekly/monthly FIN team meeting reports.
5.Facilitating logistical arrangements: Agenda management, making appointments, coordinating meetings.
6.venue booking and accommodation arrangements, Travelling arrangements
7.Secure the best rates available from travel agents to save costs for the Bank.
8.Filling out monthly expense reports for CFO, Assisting CFO in obtaining proper VAT invoices.
9.Performing other administrative tasks.
